Shipping and Returns
The shipping can vary depending on the stock of the product. We will always try to communicate what the expected delivery time is, when buying the product.
If you bought with expected delivery of 1-2 weeks later, then please wait for the expected timeframe before contacting us. If the time limit has been reached and you haven't heard anything, then please contact us via email.

If you are a customer and are not completely satisfied with your Hagen online purchase, you can return the product(s) to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase (based on delivery confirmation). If you live outside of US and EU, we do require that you pay the return shipping cost, in order for you to get a refund. Please email us at Korsaadesignservice@gmail.com for instructions on how to return your product. You will be required to fill out a return form and send it with the product. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused and sent back.
• All merchandise returned must be unworn, unused and received in its brand new, original condition. All hangtags must be attached.
• We do not refund credit card and transaction fees. These fees and costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
• Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back product(s) to us.
• Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your reimbursement from the date we receive your package.
• There are no refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
• We have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
• Products purchased through Korsaadesign´s Indiegogo campaign are non-refundable.
