SHIPPING

  • Worldwide shipping can vary depending on stock of the product.
  • Hagen’s customer service representatives will communicate the expected delivery time frame, prior to purchasing a product. 
  • An expected delivery time frame of 1-2 weeks (depending on your country of residence) is communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Please wait out the the expected delivery time frame before inquiring about arrival of your product. If the time limit that has set has expired. Kindly reach out to us support@hagenbags.com

RETURN POLICY

  • We are 100% confident you will love our bags. If you are not satisfied with our product; i.e damaged product, you can absolutely request for a refund, refund will be issued within the next 30 days of requested date (based on delivery confirmation).
  • Products should be purchased from hagenbags.com
  • For further refund instructions, please send your inquiry via support@hagenbags.com
  • Upon confirmation you will be required to bear the cost of shipping and ship the product back to us post your inquiry via support@hagenbags.com
  • Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused and sent back.
  • Orders that are 5 units or above are not eligible for returns.
  • All merchandise returned must be unworn, unused and received in its brand new, original condition. All hang tags MUST be attached with the product to be refunded.
  • We do not refund credit card and transaction fees. These fees and costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
  • Customers will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • We do not refund shipping costs in either direction.
  • After we receive the returned product, please allow us two weeks in order to process the reimbursement.
  • There will be no refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
  • We have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • If you made a purchase and a larger discount was offered after your purchase, we cannot apply the larger discount to a previous order.
  • If you made a purchase during major promotional sale days or any others special discounts we provided, we cannot apply larger discounts retroactively.
